Text on the poster: Copenhagen Sakura Festival 2026 / April 18th and 19th / Langelinie Park / Free entrance /

Our policy on AI content creation tools: In-software AI tools are allowed but the image shouldn’t be AI generated with a prompt. The overall design, composition and idea of the poster should be an original design by you. If you choose to incorporate any other elements they should not infringe on any copyrights.

Submission deadline: All designs must be submitted by December 12th, 2025. Send your poster to: copenhagensakura@gmail.com

Prize: The winning design will be featured on all festival promotional materials, and the winner will receive a gift card from WakuWaku.

lounge for cosplayers

🎏In collaboration with J-Popcon, the Bifrost Lounge is a cosplay lounge for all of you who attend Copenhagen Sakura Festival in costumes!

📍If you take the stairs above the toilets, you can find the Bifrost Lounge on a plateu to the left. Walk up the stairs, look to the left and you won’t miss it.

🍵Here, you can sit down, relax, and take a break from the crowd. We will have snacks and water for you to stay on top of the festival, and our staff from Kitsune Cosplay Guild will be there to help you during the entire festival.

👺You can only enter the Lounge if you are wearing a costume, and you are not allowed to take pictures inside of the Lounge, but you are more than welcome to stop by and ask our staff about the world of cosplay – we are here to help everyone!

You are also more than welcome to ask the cosplayers outside of the Lounge to ask permission to take pictures. ❔️📸 ✅️

⛺️ If you can’t find the Lounge, ask at the information tent!
